About me

Happily married with two daughters. I severed 18 honorable years in Navy Medicine and now retired Veteran living in Middle Tennessee. Extensive background in operational and clinical setting, including mental health care. Tirelessly worked as a Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman, similar to a mid-level provider such as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

I created this website as a way not only to help others in dealing with mental health conditions, but to help myself as well. It took me 10 years to admit that I had mental health issues, then another 8 years of slowly accepting treatment. I will not bore you with a long back story of my life. I am here to help, why? Because I know the pain you all go through. For me, providing assistance and care to those in need gives me a sense of accomplishment and reward. Eventually I plan on establishing a Telehealth service where vets (especially those who live remote areas) can reach out, via phone or videoconferencing, to get professional help.

I will attend Fall 2021 Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health counseling at Tennessee Tech University to further my clinical training and future aspirations to provide Teletherapy in the future to any Vet in need.
